Why do I love to teach?
It's such a privilege to be able to touch students' minds and perhaps open them up a bit to the world. I love the creative potential that each course offers.

An author that is inspirational to me is Margaret Atwood, a woman that put English Canadian literature on the world map.

I enjoy gardening, water color painting, dancing in the dark, traveling and sailing.

I'm not sure I have a favorite but I appreciate all flawed heroes that struggle whether they succeed or not

The multi-textured tapestry of the English as a world language that has borrowed so much from other languages and given back so much.
